TriMotivate provides the service of fitness and triathlon and multisport coaching.  The purpose of this policy is to inform you of our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information to anyone using our service.

The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Infromation supplied to TriMotivate with be shared with coaches such as your complete athlete profile form, any new or existng injuries and the information shared is inclusive of sensitive information such as medications and health conditions.  The purpose of this data is to ensure a safe environment for you and those around you as well as to ensure that your training is fit for purpose.  The coaches and service providers are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Sponsors

We may share your personal information with the sponsors if requested.  The purpose of sharing this information is for our customers to be  provided newsletters, specials and updates from our sponsors.   Sponsors are an intergral part of TriMotivate to help support the purchase of equipment.  You may opt out at any time.

Sponsors are listed on the bottom of the Home page of www.trimotivate.com.au

Should you not wish to have any information shared with a sponsor please advise in writing to renee@trimotivate.com.au. Your arrangment will continue as normal without any changes to your service or any penalty. Your information will not be shared. Please still complete the below agreement. You have the ability of opting out at anytime in the future by contacting renee@trimotivate.com.au

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
