Brick session - Triathlon Swim Coaching and social run

Lake Barine open water swim coaching session and run.

Please ensure you bring a brightly coloured swim cap, towel, run gear, hydration/camel back and wetsuit if you prefer.

We will have coffee / tea afterward :) 

 

We will meet on the grassed area at the bottom of the tea rooms (you need to walk right past the boats- west) 

Please use park only in the top car park , and use the public toilets only .  We are asked not to use the tearoom bathrooms until we have finished as we are guests to use this area. Please keep noise to a minimum early.  Thank you!

Please bring run gear with a camel back - long distance km and then transition training afterwards.    Suit wearing your trisuit

All participants must be Triathlon Australia members to participate
